How to prevent UV damage to PP bubble guard board and plastic pallet box?
To prevent UV damage to plastics, blockers, stabilizers or absorbents or titanium dioxide can be used.In order to avoid such problems, we have added high-strength anti-UV masterbatch to the PP raw material of the bubble guard board & plastic pallet box. This ultraviolet absorber can absorb ultraviolet rays with a wavelength of 290~400nm. The ultraviolet absorbs ultraviolet light and is excited, and then converted into non-destructive long-wave light. And the carbonyl compound generated in the thermal oxidation process will be in an excited state after strong absorption of ultraviolet rays to form an antioxidant to strengthen the protection of PP raw materials from degradation, and make the box more protective.
